Mrs. Ines Cero began her career at Alarm automatika immediately after graduating from the Faculty of Political Science at Sarajevo University. Her first task was to conduct market research to determine if it was profitable to open a security company in Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a result of her research, she established the Alarm automatika office in Sarajevo in 2006, recruited employees, and developed a sales network. For almost 20 years, Ines has served as the Managing Director of Alarm automatika Ltd. Sarajevo, responsible for the company’s business results, development, and the management of 15 employees. She invests significantly in her professional development and has earned a degree of Master of Crisis Management from the Faculty of Criminology and Security.
